Do you people shopped online? Now, online shopping is so popular now!

Recently, I had set up an online store, together with my sister. And now we are LJ sellers now. :D

Thinking that we are still young, setting up a small online business isn’t that bad at all. So well, we have done it!

I had spent some time did quite a lot of research here and there and thinking of the terms in setting up an online store. Currently, the market now for online selling is so competitive with so many new stores opening at this period of time. Well, for those established stores didn’t have to worry at all due to their regular customers will still patronize their site again. So this is the main strong point that we have to attract buyers to buy from us.

Our clothes need to be more stands out than other sellers, tried to prevent selling the same clothes as well, making it exclusive. I loved picking up those nice clothes and I do keep some for myself. :D

Advertising is very crucial as well. The site needs more exposure in order to let buyers know that there is this site existence. Other than that, site layout and photos plays a part too! Customizing LJ and using photo shop needs patience. All this takes us some of our time editing here and there. Replying emails need to be prompt too. Tracking of payment is important too, incase there are dead buyers trying to be disturbing. Though it’s kind of a hassle and time consuming, my sister and I really enjoyed doing it, the feeling of giving customer satisfaction is so great and especially when there’s orders coming in brightened up our days :D
